Qatar allocates $1 million for construction of new hospital in Bishkek
Qatar allocated $1 million for the construction of a new building on the territory of the City Hospital No. 6 in Bishkek. The Acting Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan Zharkynbek Kasymbekov reported.
According to him, the new building will have three floors. The area of the object is about 800 square meters. The hospital will have 75 beds. Most of the premises will be surgical and intensive care units. The new building will also house an emergency department and a trauma center.
«Under the terms of the contract, the investors chose the contractor themselves. For our part, we will demand high-quality performance of the work,» Zharkynbek Kasymbekov said.
Construction is planned to be completed within a year. The project will be implemented by Leader House.
