Public notary detained while taking bribe in Jalal-Abad
A public notary was detained while taking a bribe in Jalal-Abad. Press center of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The notary of the state notary’s office extorted $3,000 from a Russian citizen for speeding up the process of transferring and registering the inheritance rights to an apartment.
She was caught red-handed while taking a bribe of 250,000 soms.
A criminal case has been initiated under article 343 «Extortion of a bribe». The suspect was placed in institution No. 53 of the State Penitentiary Service.
