49 criminal cases initiated on corruption in Osh city for six months
At least 49 criminal cases were opened on corruption in Osh city for six months. Press service of the City Hall reported.
A meeting of the Coordination Council for ensuring security, law and order, headed by the First Vice Mayor Mars Isaev, was held the day before.
Participants of the meeting considered issues of ensuring road safety and eradicating corruption manifestations in government bodies.
According to the Department of Internal Affairs and the Department of the State Committee for National Security for Osh and Osh region, 49 criminal cases were initiated on corrupt practices based on the statements of 58 citizens.
As a result of the proceedings, 23.4 million soms were returned to the state budget.
