Ban on export of vital food products could be extended until the end of 2022
It is planned to extend the ban on the export of a number of vital food products until the end of 2022. The Minister of Agriculture of Kyrgyzstan Askarbek Dzhanybekov told today at a press conference.
According to him, the ban on the export of products such as eggs, corn, sugar and oil from the country is valid until August 1. Based on the analysis of the market situation, a decision could be made to extend it.
«As for sugar, we also have an export ban. Its price per kilogram will change taking into account external factors, as well as the season,» Askarbek Dzhanybekov said.
