Business with annual turnover up to 8 million to be exempted from taxes
A draft law was initiated providing for indefinite tax exemption for entities with annual revenues of up to 8 million soms and complying with the requirements for mandatory use of cash registers. The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan announced.
There is such a norm, but only for 2022. It was decided to make it permanent for implementation of the presidential decree on support of small business entities, creation of favorable tax and customs environment.
«The bill was published on the official website of the Cabinet of Ministers in January 2022. Now it is being finalized taking into account the proposals of ministries and representatives of the business community,» the Ministry of Economy noted.
