More than 20 hectares of land returned to state in Naryn region
Illegally allocated land plot of 22.5 hectares was returned to the state in Kochkor district of Naryn region. Prosecutor General’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
It was established that by the order of Ak-Kiyan rural administration dated 1997, pasture land was illegally allocated to a citizen for temporary use for a period of 20 years.
Based on the act of the prosecutor’s response, 22.5 hectares of pasture land worth 10,012,500 soms were returned to the state.
