Ruble selling rate grows to 1.5 soms for the first time in eight years
The selling rate of the Russian ruble in commercial banks and exchange offices of Kyrgyzstan increased to 1.47-1.5 soms. Such a rate was previously registered in the summer of 2014.
Since the beginning of the month, the Russian currency has appreciated by 20 tyiyns. Now it is bought for 1.3-1.36 soms. At the same time, the National Bank set the official rate of the ruble at 1.4279 soms.
The dollar exchange rate remains stable. It is bought for 79.5-80.5 soms and sold for 80-81.5 soms. The nominal exchange rate is 79,505 soms.
