Peak of Kyrgyz Cinema appears in Ak-Suu gorge in Kyrgyzstan
The day before, members of an expedition climbed an unnamed peak in Ak-Suu gorge on the right tributary of Zhartash river and named it Kyrgyz Kinosunun Chokusu (Kyrgyz Cinema Peak). It is located at an altitude of 4,380 meters. The project coordinator and expedition member Doolot Rysbaev told 24.kg news agency.
The participants were actively preparing for six months, made training ascents to the peaks of Komsomolets (4,204), 30 years of the Komsomol (4,250), Adygene (4,350), Zelenkova (3,801), participated in the International Alpine Games 2022, regularly climbed to Ratsek camp (3,200), lakes of Uchitel glacier (3,620) and Adygene (3,500).
