16 films participate in competition of 10th Forum of Young Cinema of CIS
At least 16 films are participating in the national competition of the 10th Forum of Young Cinema of the CIS countries Umut, which started in Bishkek. A film expert Gulbara Tolomushova told at a press conference.
According to her, it is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the People’s Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic, film director Gennady Bazarov, as well as the ecology topic.
The opening ceremony will take place today, but a master class by a film producer Altynai Koichumanova (Kyrgyzstan) «Pitching of Film Projects» took place within the forum on Sunday.
Filmmakers from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, India, China and Tajikistan take part in the forum program.
