Akylbek Japarov tells Voenno-Antonovka residents about land amnesty
Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov met with residents of Voenno-Antonovka village in Sokuluk district of Chui region. Press service of the Cabinet reported.
People asked for assistance in solving a number of pressing problems with land, including obtaining permission to construct residential buildings and social facilities. Akylbek Japarov said that within the framework of the land amnesty, the country’s leadership brought the necessary regulations into line and introduced a simplified procedure in order to resolve the population’s problems with land plots.
The head of the Cabinet called on citizens to legally obtain all title documents to the land in the relevant state structures, register ownership rights, clarify the boundaries of their land plots, and only after that start construction of residential buildings in order to avoid problems in the future.
Akylbek Japarov told that it was planned to provide preferential loans for the population for construction of residential buildings. Representatives of government agencies participating in the meeting gave the necessary explanations on all the issues that the residents of Voenno-Antonovka village had.
