State Mortgage Company to start building houses in border villages in July
The State Mortgage Company allocated 200 million soms to finance the construction of housing in border villages of Batken region. Its Chairwoman Aida Tologonova told 24.kg news agency.
According to her, representatives of the company, together with the State Agency of Architecture, Construction, Housing and Communal Services, have been in the region for the second day.
«We visited two land plots in Ak-Sai rural area — Bakai and Kerme-Too, as well as in Leilek district — Kulundu and Razzakov village. We will start construction in July 2022. We will provide houses for rent with subsequent purchase at 4 percent per annum up to 25 years. The program is designed for border villages to stop internal and external migration and improve infrastructure,» she said.
