General plan for construction of multi-storey buildings in Batken developed
The State Agency for Architecture, Construction, Housing and Communal Services hosted a regular meeting on construction of residential buildings in Batken. Press service of the state agency reports.
As part of the implementation of My Home 2021-2026 housing program, officials, as well as representatives of the State Mortgage Company and the Presidential Envoy to Batken region, discussed the design and construction of mortgage housing for border villages.
A general plan for development in Ak-Sai and Bakai villages and working projects of residential buildings on 100 and 80 square meters have been developed. Housing will be provided to citizens directly with a grace period for payments and under a separate lease agreement with subsequent purchase.
The construction will be financed from the authorized capital of the State Mortgage Company in the amount of 200 million soms.
