Bishkek City Drama Theater takes part in International Festival in Turkey
Bishkek City Drama Theater named after Arsen Umuraliev will represent the countries of Central Asia at an International Festival, which takes place on June 3-12 in Denizli (Turkey). The theater reported on social media.
Actors of the theater will show a parable by a writer and playwright Beksultan Zhakiev «Saadak Kakty», directed by Ulanmyrza Karypbaev.
The play raises eternal issues of morality, purity and sinfulness of soul. The story is as old as the sea: a dying father has a difficult task to divide his property among his three sons.
As reported, 23 theater groups from six countries will take part in the festival, which will present a total of 34 stage productions.
