Bishkek to host 2nd French-German Film Festival
The 2nd French-German Femme Welle (Women’s Wave) Film Festival will be held in Bishkek on June 7-12. The Embassy of Germany in Kyrgyzstan reported.
The films give an idea of the most topical themes of the modern cinematography of the two countries.
«We want to talk about the role of women in modern society and think together about ways to achieve gender equality. Films will be screened in their original language with subtitles in Russian. Some of them will be presented in Central Asia for the first time,» the organizers noted.
