President signs decree on performance appraisal of civil servants
The President of Kyrgyzstan signed a decree on issues of performance appraisal and probationary period in the civil and municipal service. Presidential press service reported.
The purpose of the decree is to improve the mechanisms of public civil service and municipal service, as well as to determine the conformity of professional knowledge and skills of a civil servant and municipal employee.
«The main task of the new state personnel policy of the country is to ensure the formation of a highly professional apparatus of state bodies and local authorities, consisting of employees with the necessary qualifications,» the statement says.
The document approved the provisions on the procedure of appraisal of state civil and municipal employees, as well as the procedure for the probation period in the system of state civil and municipal service.
