Owners of cottages in Issyk-Kul hold rally near Prosecutor General's Office
Owners of property at Karven Four Seasons in Issyk-Kul region hold a rally near the Prosecutor General’s Office in Bishkek.
About 30 people participate in the protest. They ask the supervisory authority to check the financial and economic activities of the center. The participants intend to meet with Prosecutor General Kurmankul Zulushev.
«For 17 years, owners of property have not been able to get a breakdown of the monthly fee that we have to pay every month. Depending on the area of the cottage, we pay differently (12,000, 14,000, 36,000 soms). But we are not given a report. We are also charged 5 percent for the fact that the owners of the cottages make repairs. There is another internal order, which says that guests who come to us must pay 500 soms (for an adult) and 200 soms (for a child),» one of the rally participants told.
