Part of Kumtor's income to be transferred to Naryn Region Development Fund
Kumtor Gold Company CJSC is recommended to monthly transfer 0.6 percent of the gross income received for a month to a special account of Naryn Region Development Fund institution. The corresponding decision was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov.
The decision was made to improve the socio-economic development of Naryn region. Earlier, during a meeting with residents, the president announced the creation of a fund for development of the region and funds to replenish it.
