Son of ex-deputy director of ACS SCNS detained for drug trafficking
Son of the former deputy director of the Anti-Corruption Service of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan Talantbek Kozhonov, Atai, was detained for drug trafficking in Bishkek. Own sources informed 24.kg news agency.
Urmat Torobekov, the son of deputy of the 5th convocation Nurlan Torobekov, who died in 2016, was detained together with Atai Kozhonov.
«According to preliminary information, Atai Kozhonov was detained for sale of drugs. More than 300 grams of the synthetic drug Alpha-PVP were confiscated from him and Urmat Kozhonov. According to some reports, the children of the former official and deputy opened an online drug store. Hashish and marijuana were found in their homes. Another suspect A.K. was detained together with them. They were detained by employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek,» the sources reported.
