Education Minister and rectors of Kyrgyz universities visit USA
Minister of Education and Science of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Beishenaliev led a delegation of rectors of higher educational institutions and independent experts on a working visit to the United States. Press service of the ministry informed.
According to it, the delegation got acquainted with the experience of the U.S. in launching educational start-ups and innovations in higher education.
«Managers and experts in education sector visited such startup projects and institutions as Plug and Play Ventures, Stanford University, University of Chicago, Samuel Houston University, Austin Community College, DevXSchool private school, Kyrgyz Community Center in Chicago, Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the United States, where they met with heads of organizations and scientists,» the ministry noted.
