Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 519.4 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 720,449 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 519,471,873 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (82,223,174), India (43,110,586), Brazil (30,617,786), France (29,252,875), Russia (17,975,243), Turkey (15,048,449), Great Britain (22,338,750), Italy (16,915,301), Spain (12,058,888), Germany (25,592,839), Argentina (9,101,319), Iran (7,226,672) and Columbia (6,093,645).
At least 6,258,272 people died from the virus, including 998,997 people — in the USA, 664,750— in Brazil, 324,465— in Mexico, 524,157— in India, 177,566— in the UK, 164,846— in Italy and 369,644 — in Russia.
At least 200,993 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,394,649 cases — in Kazakhstan, 238,747— in Uzbekistan, 17,786 — in Tajikistan.
