National Bank fines microfinance organization 55,000 soms
One of microfinance organizations was fined 55,000 soms. Website of the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan reports.
The decision was made due to violation of the requirements of the legislation of Kyrgyzstan and the regulatory legal acts of the National Bank. This includes non-compliance with the requirements for the maximum total amount of financing issued by a microfinance organization to the same person or group of related persons.
Earlier, the National Bank fined four exchange offices 220,000 soms, suspended operation of 16 exchange offices and fined one commercial bank.
