Ex-head of president’s press corps elected to Board of Directors of Aiyl Bank
Ex-head of press corps of the President Sadyr Japarov, Nurai Mars, was elected to the Board of Directors of Aiyl Bank.
According to the bank, at the annual general meeting of shareholders on March 29, it was decided to prematurely terminate the powers of Malabek Toktobolotov, chairman of the Board of Directors, and Adilet Zhakybaliev, member of the Board of Directors.
Nazgul Alakova and Nurai Mars were elected to vacant positions in the Board of Directors. Nurgazy Abdrashev became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aiyl Bank OJSC.
