Depreciation of U.S. dollar continues in Kyrgyzstan
The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan set the official exchange rates for March 25.
The nominal exchange rate of the U.S. dollar is set at 96.5003 soms (fall of 2.96 percent). At the same time, exchange offices of the capital and commercial banks buy the currency for 92.5-93.5 soms, and sell it for 94.5-95.5 soms.
The euro exchange rate fell by 3.28 percent — from 109.5472 to 105.9573 soms.
The official exchange rate of the Russian ruble is set below the som — at around 0.9702. This is 3.63 percent higher than yesterday’s rate.
The Kazakh tenge depreciated by 2.24 percent to 0.1924 som.
