Tender for repair of Russian Drama Theatre in Bishkek announced
Announcement of a tender for the overhaul of the building of the State National Russian Drama Theater named after Chingiz Aitmatov appeared on the public procurement portal.
It is planned to spend 64,623,900 soms on it.
Earlier, the Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy Azamat Zhamankulov said at a press conference that the State National Russian Drama Theater would be closed for major repairs in February.
In July 2019, the government allocated 198 million soms for the overhaul of cultural buildings, including two drama theatres. However, the repair and construction work was suspended later.
