National Bank sells gold bars for 406.1 million soms since February 25
At least 62.5 kilograms of gold weighted bullion bars for 406.1 million soms have been sold from February 25 to March 17, 2022. The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan informed 24.kg news agency.
In total, 368.2 kilograms of gold for 1,451.6 billion soms have been sold since the start of the project on the sale of gold bars.
«To date there is a high demand for all types of gold weighted bars. The National Bank sells gold weighted bullion bars of all denominations, namely, weighing 1, 2, 5, 10, 31, 1,035 grams (ounce) and 100 grams. At the same time, the balance of gold weighted bullion bars for sale changes every day. This is due to the fact that it is replenished daily with gold bars bought back. The stocks of weighted ingots are replenished as needed. Work on the next replenishment of the stocks of weighted bars is in the process of implementation,» the message says.
