Russia ready for settlements in rubles
«Russia expresses its readiness to switch to contracts with the exchange rate fixed before the crisis period and settlements in Russian rubles,» the Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan Daniyar Amangeldiev said today at a meeting with business representatives.
According to him, a meeting with EAEU partners was held the day before. Its participants discussed joint measures to minimize the consequences caused by sharp fluctuations of the dollar exchange rate. After all, the cost of almost all commodities rose. This is because all mutual settlements are made in dollars.
«Russia is ready to convert payments into rubles. This will be a good support for the Association of Oil Traders, the Agro-Food Corporation, the Association of Food Suppliers,» Daniyar Amangeldiev said.
