Situation in Ukraine: Rally in support of Russia takes place in Bishkek
Another rally is taking place near the Russian Embassy in Bishkek. About ten people came to the building of the diplomatic mission to support Moscow’s actions.
«The inhabitants of Donbass have been waiting for the end of Nazi actions by the Ukrainian authorities for eight years, all this time they have endured, but there is no point in being silent now. We must rise up and come out against Nazism. Our grandfathers went through this already. Today we came out to express our gratitude to the guys who defend peace on the whole planet, Kyrgyzstan is with you,» the participants of the rally say.
Today is the 10th day of fighting in Ukraine. On February 24, 2022, the Russian President Vladimir Putin announced start of a special military operation. It was regarded in Ukraine and in the West as a full-scale invasion.
Second round of Russian-Ukrainian talks took place on March 3, 2022. The parties agreed on providing humanitarian aid to the population.
