President demands from security officials to stop interfering in work of judges
Today, during the XII Congress of Judges, the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov appealed to the staff of the Prosecutor General’s Office, the State Committee for National Security, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a demand to stop the practice of interference in the work of judges.
According to him, everyone should be busy only with their work.
There is no need to put pressure on judges, if you perform your duties correctly and in accordance with the law, because the law is the same for everyone.

He noted that if you look at judicial statistics, the number of appeals to courts is growing every year, the number of cases is growing. This means that people go to court and defend their violated rights there.
«I would like to appeal to the people of Kyrgyzstan in general: whoever we are, whether we are officials, human rights activists or ordinary citizens, let’s improve our legal culture. Let’s learn to resolve any dispute in the legal framework only, to respect court decisions that have entered into legal force. Thus, each of us contributes to strengthening the independence of judges and contributes to the formation of a fair judicial system,» the head of state said.
