Meerim Zhumanazarova takes 1st place in women’s wrestling ranking
Athletes from Kyrgyzstan Meerim Zhumanazarova and Aiperi Medet kyzy have improved their positions in the world ranking. Website of United World Wrestling reports.
Meerim Zhumanazarova took the first place in her weight category, and Aiperi Medet kyzy moved up from the fourth to the second place.
The updated rating was compiled based on the results of Yasar Dogu tournament in Turkey, where Meerim Zhumanazarova won a silver medal, and Aiperi Medet kyzy — gold.
