111 people die from coronavirus for five weeks in Kyrgyzstan
At least 111 people died after contracting coronavirus for the past five weeks in Kyrgyzstan from January 11 to February 14. The Ministry of Health provided such data.
Compared with data for the previous such period, from December 7, 2021 to January 10, 2022, the figure increased 1.8 times, or by 52 cases. The lethal cases were registered in Bishkek city (84), Chui (13), Issyk-Kul (7), Batken (3), Talas (2), Osh (1) and Naryn regions (1). Not a single death from COVID-19 was registered in Osh and Jalal-Abad regions for five weeks.
At least 25 deaths from the virus were registered on February 8-14.
Compared to the previous week, February 1-7, the number of deaths did not change. All the deaths were registered in four regions: Bishkek city (19), Chui (3), Issyk-Kul (2) and Batken (1).
No deaths were registered last week in Osh city, Osh, Talas, Naryn and Jalal-Abad regions.
All the deceased were not vaccinated.
