Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 405.7 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 2,491,406 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 405,712,849 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (77,443,301), India (42,478,060), Brazil (27,135,550), France (21,511,997), Russia (13,323,972), Turkey (12,653,276), Great Britain (18,285,967), Italy (11,923,631), Spain (10,555,196), Germany (11,897,014), Argentina (8,700,437), Iran (6,730,608) and Columbia (6,002,570).
At least 5,788,579 people died from the virus, including 915,431 people — in the USA, 636,338— in Brazil, 310,627— in Mexico, 506,520— in India, 159,709— in the UK, 150,221— in Italy and 331,300 — in Russia.
At least 199,890 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,370,466 cases — in Kazakhstan, 231,871— in Uzbekistan, 17,759 — in Tajikistan.
