Elections to be held in Kyrgyzstan on April 10
Elections to some local councils in Chui, Osh, Jalal-Abad, Naryn and Issyk-Kul regions will be held in Kyrgyzstan on April 10. The Central Election Commission (CEC) reported.
Nomination of candidates will end on February 28. Candidates for mandates in rural councils must submit documents no later than on March 21.
The general and single-mandate constituencies will be formed by February 19. Voter lists will be compiled by March 31.
Candidates may withdraw from participation in the elections until April 6 inclusive. The election campaign for participants in the race to the city councils will begin on March 11, to rural councils — on March 21.
