Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 400 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 3,371,329 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 400,487,672 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (77,051,222), India (42,339,611), Brazil (26,793,497), France (21,174,600), Russia (12,946,888), Turkey (12,446,111), Great Britain (18,055,318), Italy (11,765,767), Spain (10,439,302), Germany (11,411,464), Argentina (8,648,075), Iran (6,657,842) and Columbia (5,985,516).
At least 5,762,582 people died from the virus, including 908,816 people — in the USA, 634,118— in Brazil, 309,752— in Mexico, 504,062— in India, 159,220— in the UK, 149,512— in Italy and 329,951 — in Russia.
At least 199,714 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,363,682 cases — in Kazakhstan, 230,401— in Uzbekistan, 17,749 — in Tajikistan.
