World Nomad Games to be held in Turkish Iznik town in late September
The 4th World Nomad Games will be held in late September in Iznik town, Turkey. The ex-minister of culture of Kyrgyzstan Sultan Raev announced on his Facebook page.
«Activities for organizing the World Nomad Games have started in Turkey. It is planned that they will be held in late September. Currently, 2,050 athletes from 74 countries have sent applications. A special place is allocated to the cultural program of the Nomad Games. The best directors and screenwriters of Turkey are involved in organizing the opening and closing ceremonies,» he wrote.
The World Nomad Games are included in the UNESCO heritage list. They were included in the list of the best practices of the institution for the preservation of intangible cultural heritage.
