National Olympic Committee shows uniform for national team of Kyrgyzstan
The National Olympic Committee of Kyrgyzstan (NOC) presented the official parade uniform of country’s national team for the upcoming Beijing Winter Olympics.
The NOC noted that the first set, presented earlier, was created for training and was donated by the Chinese company Tectop.
The Beijing Winter Olympics will be held on February 4-20. Alpine skier Maxim Gordeyev will represent Kyrgyzstan. He will compete on February 16.
Apart from Gordeyev and his coach, Igor Borisov, the Kyrgyz delegation to the Games includes Cholpon Zhumagaziyeva, chief of mission of the National Olympic Committee. At the invitation of the International Olympic Committee, NOC President Sadyr Mamytov and NOC Secretary General Kylychbek Sarbagishev will attend the Games. The head of state Sadyr Japarov will also go to the Olympics.
