Organizations to pay taxes for local employees of international projects
The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan submitted the basic tax amounts based on the issuance of a license for re-approval.
Services of local employees of international projects and programs are excluded from its list. The State Tax Service explained that the specialists are hired to carry out the relevant work, but at the same time, the organization, paying to the involved expert, must withhold and transfer income tax to the budget in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code.
This will ensure completeness of accounting of labor resources, payment of income and timely payment of insurance payments.
The draft also proposes to establish a license rate for an employee working for an enterprise that pays tax on the basis of a single tax in the amount of seven calculated rates per month.
