Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 340.4 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 3,285,904 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 340,436,494 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (69,270,650), India (38,218,773), Brazil (23,595,178), France (14,285,306), Russia (10,754,905) Turkey (10,736,215), Great Britain (15,716,908), Italy (9,418,256), Spain (8,834,363), Germany (8,397,340), Argentina (7,576,335), Iran (6,236,567) and Columbia (5,655,026).
At least 5,573,087 people died from the virus, including 860,145 people — in the USA, 622,476— in Brazil, 302,112— in Mexico, 487,693— in India, 153,708— in the UK, 142,590— in Italy and 317,523 — in Russia.
At least 193,816 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,185,928 cases — in Kazakhstan, 209,578— in Uzbekistan, 17,493 — in Tajikistan.
