18 cars hijacked in EU countries found in Kyrgyzstan
Cars hijacked in Sweden were found in Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
According to the ministry, it was found out that several cars sought by the Interpol were delivered to Kyrgyzstan from the European Union countries.
During a search in one of the car dealerships in Bishkek, 18 cars were found, 5 premium class cars of which were hijacked in Sweden in 2020-2021. They were impounded. Additional investigation measures are currently conducted to identify persons involved in the theft of the cars. Search for other vehicles continues.
