Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Iran proposes to open direct Bishkek – Tehran flight
The Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Iran Turdakun Sydykov proposed to open a direct flight between Bishkek and Tehran. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
According to the ministry, it is planned to increase advertising of tourism in Kyrgyzstan in the Iranian media. In addition, the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to the Islamic Republic of Iran Turdakun Sydykov met with the General Director of the Iranian Varesh Airlines Reza Hadadian. The head of the diplomatic mission told about the policy pursued by Kyrgyzstan in the field of civil aviation, investment climate and the tourism potential of the Kyrgyz Republic.
He noted that Varesh Airlines, operating Mashhad — Bishkek — Mashhad flights, makes a significant contribution to the development of Kyrgyz-Iranian relations in general, in particular to the intensification of trade, economic and investment cooperation between the two countries.
The ambassador proposed to increase the number of flights between Kyrgyzstan and Iran by opening a direct flight between the capitals of the two countries.
Reza Hadadian supported the proposals of the Kyrgyz side and announced his intention to open an office in Bishkek.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to hold a tourism forum in Tehran in the near future, where the tourism potential of Kyrgyzstan would be presented.
