Mass infection with COVID-19 not registered in Bishkek schools
There is no mass infection with coronavirus and community-acquired pneumonia in Bishkek schools. The Vice Mayor of the capital Victoria Mozgacheva announced at a briefing.
«The maximum number of detected cases in one school is three people. Each case is investigated by epidemiologists. There are cases when sick children did not go to school for some time,» she said.
Victoria Mozgacheva added that, according to the current algorithm, when one case is registered at a school, this class is transferred to online learning. «If the number of infected people for one epidemiological period (incubation period) is two or more, then the entire educational organization is quarantined,» she said.
At least 13 municipal and 3 private schools have already switched to online learning in Bishkek.
