MP Adakhan Madumarov once again summoned for questioning
Parliamentary deputy Adakhan Madumarov was summoned for interrogation again. Own sources informed 24.kg news agency.
The deputy is at the Investigation Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Kyrgyzstan. He was summoned for questioning on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border issue.
In November 2021, the President Sadyr Japarov said in an interview with the Batken regional TV channel that an investigation into the sale of land in the region would begin in the near future.
«Electoral process is ongoing. We can not interrogate in this case. We will interrogate after the elections, conduct a thorough investigation and bring the perpetrators to justice. There should be no statute of limitations for traitors,» he said.
Adakhan Madumarov was a candidate for Parliament at that time.
