Cabinet approves norm on paid tinting, extends ban on re-export of medicines
The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan approved a draft law on the introduction of paid tinting and extended ban on the re-export of medicines. Press service of the Cabinet reported.

«During the meeting, draft decisions were considered regarding the procedure for provision of state-owned land plots, on compliance with the requirements of the weight and size parameters of vehicles, and measures to improve the national export control system,» the press service noted.
Members of the Cabinet of Ministers approved a draft decision imposing a temporary ban on the re-export of the list of medicines and medical devices for treatment of COVID-19.
According to the Ministry of Health, due to the protracted coronavirus pandemic in all countries of the world, as well as taking into account the import dependence of the republic on medicines and medical devices, it is necessary to extend the ban for six more months.
A draft of legislative amendments was approved, providing for the introduction of a fee based on a permit for tinting the side windows of the front doors of cars.
The size and procedure for paying the fee will be determined by the Cabinet after the entry into force of the law.
In addition, a regulation on Innovation Center state institution under the State Agency for Intellectual Property and Innovations was adopted. Tengiz Bolturuk, Interim External Manager of Kumtor Gold Company JSC, also presented a report on the results of activities at the gold mine for 2021.
The press service added that by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, 2,858 resolutions became invalid as part of the inventory of normative legal acts.
