Preliminary voters’ lists to be delivered to polling stations before January 8
Preliminary voters’ lists will be delivered to polling stations in Pervomaisky and Sverdlovsky districts of Bishkek, where repeat elections of deputies of Parliament will be held, no later than on January 8. The Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan (CEC) reports.
According to the CEC, they will be hanged out at the polling stations before January 11. Adjustments to the lists can be made until February 16.
The final lists of voters will be ready no later than on February 22, according to the schedule.
The CEC must register the candidates by February 7. Campaigning will begin on February 7 and end on February 26 at 8 a.m. Repeat elections in two single-mandate constituencies — Pervomaisky and Sverdlovsky — will be held on February 27, 2022.
