Voluntary licenses retained in new Tax Code of Kyrgyzstan
Voluntary licenses for business activities have been retained in the Tax Code, which was adopted by the deputies of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan on December 22, 2021. Head of the Tax Policy Department of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce Kubanychbek Isabekov told reporters today.
According to him, this issue caused a heated discussion both among parliamentarians and among businessmen. Therefore, in the end, it was decided to keep them.
«Only compulsory licenses have been abolished. These are 11 types of activities,» Kubanychbek Isabekov told.
