New Tax Code: Kyrgyzstan abandons licenses and contracts
In the new edition of the Tax Code, we abandon the contractual tax regime, voluntary and mandatory licenses. Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan Bekbolot Aliev announced at a press conference today.
According to him, this decision was made to implement the principle of fair taxation.
He noted that several tasks were laid down in the new Tax Code. «First of all, the document was brought into line with today’s economic realities. It provides norms and mechanisms that will allow a complete transition to the digital tax system,» Bekbolot Aliev stressed.
