Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 272.1 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 778,352 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 272,197,443 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (50,374,543), India (34,710,628), Brazil (22,201,221), France (8,504,074), Russia (9,927,150), Turkey (9,102,294), Great Britain (11,073,455), Italy (5,282,076), Spain (5,393,268), Germany (6,690,568), Argentina (5,371,341), Iran (6,162,954) and Columbia (5,099,746).
At least 5,329,536 people died from the virus, including 802,510 people — in the USA, 617,271— in Brazil, 297,188— in Mexico, 476,135— in India, 147,249— in the UK, 135,178— in Italy and 287,135 — in Russia.
At least 184,094 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,064,992 cases — in Kazakhstan, 196,303— in Uzbekistan, 17,493 — in Tajikistan.
