Tourist from South Korea dies in Kegety gorge
A tourist from South Korea died while hiking in Kegety gorge in Kyrgyzstan. Press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
Rescuers brought his body down from the mountain.
The emergency service received information that a group of tourists went to Kol-Tor lake on December 4 at about 1.22 p.m. During the hiking, a 70-year-old citizen of South Korea fell unconscious. He died before the arrival of the rescue team. His body was handed over to the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The causes of the death of the foreigner are not yet known.
