Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 264.1 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 630,624 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 264,131,554 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (48,832,302), India (34,606,541), Brazil (22,118,782), France (7,877,490), Russia (9,533,593), Turkey (8,841,861), Great Britain (10,387,200), Italy (5,060,430), Spain (5,189,220), Germany (6,026,903), Argentina (5,335,310), Iran (6,125,596) and Columbia (5,074,079).
At least 5,233,849 people died from the virus, including 785,907 people — in the USA, 615,179— in Brazil, 294,428— in Mexico, 469,724— in India, 145,728— in the UK, 134,003— in Italy and 272,279 — in Russia.
At least 183,510 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,055,779 cases — in Kazakhstan, 193,633— in Uzbekistan, 17,493 — in Tajikistan.
