New procedure for inspections of entrepreneurs proposed in Kyrgyzstan
Amendments to the law on the procedure for conducting inspections of business entities have been developed in Kyrgyzstan. Iskender Nurbekov, head of the department for development of an analysis of the regulatory impact under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, told at a round table today.
According to him, changes are made following instructions of the President and in connection with the inventory of the legislation.
The new draft provides for scheduled inspections, introduction of a system for assessing the activities of inspection bodies. In addition, it is planned to work on the prevention of violations. The bill will be sent for approval by ministries and departments in the near future.
