Number of infected with coronavirus exceeds 254.9 million people globally
The number of people infected with coronavirus has grown by 617,350 globally over the past 24 hours. Data of an online map developed by scientists say.
In total, 254,988,424 people got infected with coronavirus. The highest number of the infected is in the United States (47,420,114), India (34,466,598), Brazil (21,977,661), France (7,433,545), Russia (9,027,163), Turkey (8,482,956), Great Britain (9,724,617), Italy (4,883,242), Spain (5,067,712), Germany (5,213,193), Argentina (5,310,334), Iran (6,057,893) and Columbia (5,038,544).
At least 5,123,455 people died from the virus, including 767,431 people — in the USA, 611,851— in Brazil, 291,573— in Mexico, 464,153— in India, 143,799— in the UK, 132,965— in Italy and 254,229 — in Russia.
At least 182,667 cases of coronavirus were registered in Kyrgyzstan, 1,042,184 cases — in Kazakhstan, 190,332— in Uzbekistan, 17,489 — in Tajikistan.
